Terms Of Service
My standard terms of service - by commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms!
These terms are subject to change at any time; please read in full before commissioning me.
CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
- I will not draw NSFW - Apologies; I have nothing against it; I am just BAD at it.
- The ONLY exception to this rule is tasteful pin-ups.
- I will also not draw Mecha/Robots; Gore, or anything I feel that I just can’t draw.
- The commissioner is responsible for the content of their commission and the rights to the characters. You are paying me for the art, not the content.
- I reserve the right to decline or cancel/refund any commission at any time for any reason.
- I reserve the right to add additional charges to your commission total, for addition of extra characters, more complex backgrounds etc.
PROCESS
After we have agreed on details via email, or DM, or note on FA/DA, I will start your commission once I have reached you in my queue. I will then show you a sketch for approval, and will continue working once you are happy with it. I will send you a large version of your commission when it is completed. Response times will be about 1-3 days and completion of the image can take anywhere between a few days and a few months.I will always strive to finish a commission within a reasonable time-frame and I will openly communicate if I anticipate any long delays to a commission and offer the chance at a refund/cancellation if it takes too long.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
I accept payments via PayPal. I prefer payment up front, however upon mutual agreement, payment plans can be accepted. Final image will be received only when payment is completed in full.I retain the right to refund you at any time if I am unable to complete your commission for any reason.
RIGHTS
The commissioner of course retains the rights they have to their characters, but I retain ALL rights in regards to the piece of artwork. The commissioner may crop the images for use as icons and such as long as I am credited for the art. I retain the right to display the images in my galleries, art books, or to sell as prints (credit will be given to the commissioners as well, of course).

CHIBI
£25 flat, £35 shadedChibi of one character, one colour or gradient background if requested. Simple background for additional fee, please ask
HEADSHOT/BUST
Flat - £35
Shaded - £45One character, fully shaded in my standard shading style, or flat.
One colour background, or simple pattern/gradient - please confirm Headshot OR Bust when requesting
SIMPLE REF SHEET
One full body reference sheet as per example shown. This is my standard character design commission too.Existing character £50New design - £75Simple background included.
STANDARD REF SHEET
One full body reference sheet with two-three extras as per example shownExisting character £75New design - £100Simple background included & name included if wanted.
DELUXE REF SHEET

HALF CHARACTER WITH BACKGROUND
£75+Fully Shaded Half Character with scenic background. Prices vary depending upon complexity of character and/or background requested.Can be reduced to simple/abstract background for a smaller price - ask me about this if interested :)

For closed species I am a member of ONLYShiji-Long Babies - £25 normal, £35 subspecies
